I built FlashPrep AI because I kept doing the same annoying thing before exams: reading a PDF, then manually retyping the important bits into flashcards. That second step always ate more time than actually studying.
So FlashPrep does it for you — drop in a PDF, a textbook photo, or scanned lecture notes, and it generates a full flashcard deck (10–18 cards) in under a minute. Messy scans work too (OCR handles them), and if you upload a huge PDF you can pick just the chapters you want first.
A few things I'd love feedback on:
Card quality — do the AI-generated Q&As actually feel useful for studying, or too generic?
Onboarding — is it obvious how to go from "I have a PDF" to "I have a deck"?
What file types / note formats you wish it handled that it doesn't yet
