👋 Everyone -- Adrian, Stephen & Greg here. We’ve been working on an AI agent called 4149 that reflects on your team’s chats & meetings to understand what’s going on with your team. With this knowledge 4149 can proactively raise any flags the team should be aware of. A few examples of flags raised in the beta so far… 🚩 – Hey I’m worried Francis is taking on too much since they are leading the product launch effort but were also assigned many bug fixes this week. ⚠️ – Hey, I noticed that we have not discussed any customer-feedback in over a week, so let’s try to add it to the next team meeting. 💚 – Shoutout to Mark for going out of their way to make sure we have a place to consolidate all the feedback we gather from the beta. Our goal is to help founders and managers, who juggle a million things, be more aware of their team’s work and be more agile to take action to help the team. Rather than adding another transactional product on the existing stack, we built an AI agent that works independently and uses the same tools as you. Once you create a 4149 teammate, you can invite them to your team Slack & point out what channels matter. After that, your 4149 teammate will proactively start working all on its own! Out of the box, all messages 4149 sends will go to the manager for review/edits as a Slack DM. Then it’s a simple one-click approval to send the message to a Slack channel, Notion/Google doc, or email. We are currently running 4149 as a free beta, focused on tuning the system to make the right contribution at the right time. We are keenly interested in collecting feedback on the onboarding flow and the quality of contributions 4149 sends. Happy to answer any questions, hear any suggestions, and iron out any bugs that might pop up!
