A screen recording helps, but customers still have to scrub through it, and the support team often never learns whether it worked. FixLink turns one Chrome walkthrough into a step-by-step guide. Privacy mattered from the start, so sensitive-looking fields are blurred by default and the review screen keeps those controls visible. I’m launching the focused version today.
