Hey PH! I built this after watching people close to me — and myself,
now living with a chronic health condition — struggle with tech
support that assumes way too much prior knowledge. Every guide out
there seemed to expect you already knew what a "driver" or "cache"
was before it would help you.
Fixit-PC strips that away: plain language, one step at a time, no
jargon. It started as a personal project covering the problems I kept
seeing come up over and over — slow computers, forgotten passwords,
printers that won't print — and grew into 19 full topics.
Would love feedback, especially from anyone who's tried helping a
less-technical family member over the phone and knows exactly how
painful that usually is.
