I built FiveStarPing because I couldn't find a review tool that made sense for tradespeople. Every option was either $75-400/month or English-only. But if you're a contractor in any major city, your customers speak multiple languages. Sending an English-only review request to someone who speaks Spanish, Arabic, or Vietnamese gets ignored.
So I built something simple: enter a name, pick their language, hit send. The customer gets an SMS or email in their language with a one-tap review link. Happy customers go to Google (or Yelp, Facebook, Trustpilot).
Free tier is permanent, not a trial. Pro is $15/month for SMS and unlimited sends. No contracts, cancel anytime.
Would love your feedback. What's missing? What would make this more useful?
