fitzee

Track calories and build meals in seconds

Fitzee stands out by combining fast calorie estimation, photo analysis, meal generation, and saved user history in one lightweight app. Compared to Calorie AI, it offers broader tools beyond estimation, including meal planning and tracking. Unlike MyFitnessPal, it avoids heavy dashboards and long workflows. Fitzee focuses on speed, clarity, and a simple, reliable nutrition experience.

Top comment

I built Fitzee because most nutrition apps felt overwhelming for students, but the extremely simple tools felt too limited. I wanted something in the middle: a clean, fast app that still saves your data, remembers your meals, and gives accurate calorie estimates. That’s why Fitzee includes sign‑up and login — not to add friction, but to let users keep their history and get more personalized results. While building this launch, the approach evolved from a basic calorie calculator into a more complete nutrition assistant. I added photo‑based calorie estimation, a lightweight meal generator, and a smoother login flow so students can track their food across devices. The goal stayed the same: make nutrition easier without making the experience complicated.
