FitToJob
Tailor your resume to any job using verified career evidence
FitToJob helps job seekers understand how well their resume matches a target job and create tailored resumes without inventing experience. Upload your resume, add a target job, and FitToJob shows which requirements are strongly supported, which are partial matches, and which are genuine gaps. Then it helps you create an evidence-backed resume using your real experience. It is built for people who want to tailor their resume honestly - not add fake skills, inflated metrics, or unsupported claims.
I’m the founder of FitToJob.
I built FitToJob because most AI resume tools jump straight into rewriting. That can make a resume sound better, but it can also add unsupported skills, inflated achievements, or claims the candidate can’t confidently explain in an interview.
FitToJob takes a different approach.
You upload your resume and a target job, and FitToJob first checks the job requirements against your real career evidence. It shows:
1. Strong matches
2. Partial matches
3. Real gaps
Only then does it help create a tailored resume using evidence you can actually back up.
The goal is simple: help job seekers stop guessing what to change and tailor resumes honestly for each role.
We’re newly launched, and I’d love feedback on:
1. Whether the evidence-matching approach is useful
2. Whether the workflow feels clear or too complex
3. Whether the final resume is something you would actually use to apply
Your first resume check/export is free.
Would love your thoughts 🙏
