FitLifeBud

Your week of meals, planned around what you actually eat

FitLifeBud plans breakfast, lunch and dinner for your week around your goal and the foods your household eats, then turns the whole week into one shopping list: repeated ingredients merged, amounts added up, grouped by aisle, ticked off as you shop. Not happy with the plan? Regenerate it and the days from tomorrow onward are planned again. No calorie counting. Free to try on iPhone and Android, with free printable meal plans and grocery lists on the website.

Top comment

Hi Product Hunt, I am Justas.

I built FitLifeBud because the hard part of eating well was never the cooking, it was the deciding.

Before building much of it I went and asked the question in meal planning groups: what actually breaks your week? The answers were never about recipes. One person put it better than I could: the shopping list is never finished, you are constantly scrubbing things off and adding to it. Several others described the same six o'clock moment, standing at the fridge with no decision left in them.

So FitLifeBud does the deciding. You tell it your goal and the foods your household actually eats, and it plans breakfast, lunch and dinner for the week. Then it turns the whole week into one shopping list, with repeated ingredients merged, amounts added up and items grouped by aisle. If the plan does not suit you, regenerate it and the days from tomorrow onward are planned again. There is no calorie counting to do yourself. Free printable meal plans and grocery lists are on the website.

It is free on iPhone and Android. Premium plans the full week and comes with a free trial.

I am the only person working on this, so honest criticism is worth more to me than anything else here. If you try it and something is wrong, say so in the comments and I will answer today.
