Hey Product Hunt! I’m a developer who rides a lot. A while ago I almost paid for a bike fit app, read the reviews, changed my mind and decided to build my own instead. FitInspector runs in your browser, and I tried to keep it as simple as possible: just a few clicks to get fit recommendations or check your current position. Upload a photo or video of yourself on the bike (or use the live camera), and it measures your joint angles with MediaPipe pose detection. The part I care about most is honesty about accuracy. It uses the geometry of your bike wheels to detect camera distortion and warns you when the input looks off. Bad video means unreliable numbers, and you should know that. In live mode, the phone’s gyroscope helps you position the camera correctly. You can also save everything as a PDF report. And it’s completely free for riders. There’s also a white-label version and a Shopify app for bike shops. I’m not a pro fitter, and this won’t replace one. I’d love to hear from people who ride or do fitting: what would make this actually useful for you, and where does it break?
