First Brunch
Snack packs for schools: parents pay, schools earn
We bring prepaid snack packs to partner schools at break time. Parents pay online, children collect with a meal-card code, and schools and teachers earn on every package bought.
Top comment
Many Nigerian parents worry about what their children eat at school. Kids often buy unhealthy snacks at break time, and parents have no visibility into it. Parents want a safe, reliable snack option for their kids, and schools have no easy way to offer one. First Brunch lets parents prepay for snack packs online. At break time, each child collects their pack with a meal-card code, with no cash and no queues. Schools and teachers also earn on every package bought. We started with the food: simple weekly menus that are healthy, affordable, and easy to prepare in bulk. Then we built the payment and meal-card system around it so parents, schools, and caterers could all use it easily. Through conversations with schools, we learned that earning a share makes them real partners rather than just hosts. Hi Product Hunt! 👋 We'd love your feedback, especially from parents and school staff. What would make this more useful for you?
