FindRE
Skip trace, text, and close all in one wholesaling CRM
Wholesalers run on a patchwork a dialer, a texting app, a skip-tracing site, a buyer spreadsheet. Deals leak through the gaps. Find is one workspace: motivated-seller pipeline, two-way texting and calling in one thread, built-in skip tracing, automated follow-up, and branded disposition pages. What's different: compliance is in the send path, not a policy doc. Quiet hours, per-contact frequency caps, DNC scrubbing and STOP suppression are enforced before any automated text goes out.

Hey PH 👋 I built Find because I was running a wholesaling business on six tools that didn't talk to each other a dialer here, a texting app there, skip tracing in a browser tab, cash buyers in a spreadsheet. Every handoff was a place a deal could quietly die, and most of them did. The thing that actually pushed me to build it wasn't the busywork though. It was realising how easy it is to text someone who'd already said stop. When your opt-outs live in one tool and your campaigns live in another, that's not a mistake you make once it's a mistake the setup makes for you. So in Find the compliance checks sit in the send path itself: quiet hours, frequency caps, DNC and STOP are checked before a message can leave, not written up in a policy nobody reads. It's in daily use running our own acquisitions. Happy to answer anything especially from other wholesalers about what's still missing.
