FindGreatSites
Get discovered. Add your site and grow your audience
Get discovered. Add your site to our directory for free, earn a quality backlink, and grow your audience. Join creators worldwide.
I’ve launched a few small projects, and I kept seeing the same thing happen: a nice spike on launch day… and then almost everything drops off. A few directories keep sending traffic over time, but most of them don’t really feel built for small side projects—either they’re too generic or too expensive.
So I built something simpler and more focused.
It’s a directory for websites and digital projects, made with indie makers in mind. You can list your project for free, with one condition: you include a backlink. That’s it. No hidden pricing, no paywalls—just a clear and fair exchange that keeps things running.
This is still early, and I’m not trying to compete with Product Hunt or promise huge traffic numbers. The idea is more modest: give projects a place where they can stay discoverable after the initial launch hype is gone.
I’d really love your honest thoughts:
Does the free + backlink setup feel fair to you?
What would make you want to submit your own project?
Anything unclear or confusing when you first land on it?
Happy to also chat about the tech side (Django, automated backlink checks) or the thinking behind the product.
Thanks for taking a look.

Who hunted FindGreatSites?
FindGreatSites was hunted by Tou Toulliou. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
