I built Finalizo after seeing too many client projects end with scattered files, credentials, support expectations and approvals spread across email, messages and shared folders.
Finalizo gives freelancers and agencies one structured place to complete the final stage of a project. You can organise handover resources, share credentials securely, define support boundaries, collect client feedback and obtain signed acceptance.
The goal is simple: fewer loose ends, clearer responsibilities and a more professional client experience after the work is finished.
I would particularly value feedback on the onboarding, project setup and whether the value of structured handovers is immediately clear.
