Hey everyone
I built Filexly after noticing a simple but frustrating problem — in cyber cafes, offices, and small shops, customers usually send documents via WhatsApp or email just to get them printed.
This creates multiple issues:
→ Phone numbers get shared unnecessarily
→ Storage gets cluttered with random files
→ Privacy becomes a real concern, especially for women
So I built Filexly — a simple QR-based file collection system.
How it works:
→ The shop displays a QR code
→ Customer scans it (no app needed)
→ Uploads their file directly
→ File instantly appears on the shop’s dashboard
No WhatsApp. No email. No number sharing.
We’re currently focusing on:
→ Cyber cafes
→ CSC centers
→ Small businesses handling document printing
What’s been interesting:
Many shop owners didn’t even realize privacy was a problem — until customers started asking not to share numbers. That insight pushed me to simplify everything into just a QR scan.
We’re still early and learning every day
