We build AI employees for businesses: not a chatbot, but roles that take over a whole line of work — month-end attendance, performance reviews, daily business reports, creator outreach, customer support. Two things we learned from real deliveries. The hard part is never the model, it's the company's own definitions — what counts as overtime, how ABCD grades are distributed — so those are configuration, and the arithmetic runs through deterministic engines so the same question always gets the same answer.
