Hey Product Hunt 👋, I'm Tommy, founder of Fête. The idea came from a problem I've seen at countless weddings, parties and events. Everyone takes photos, but afterwards they're scattered across WhatsApp groups, AirDrop requests, social media and cloud drives. The organiser never ends up with the complete story of the event. Fête is our attempt to solve that. Guests simply scan a QR code and start contributing photos instantly—no app download or account required. Organisers can moderate uploads, display approved photos on a live photo wall, and release a shared gallery when they're ready. We were heavily inspired by the disposable cameras often left on wedding tables. Those cameras captured authentic moments from every perspective, but the process was slow and expensive. Fête brings that same spontaneity into a modern digital experience. We've spent the last few months building the platform, refining the guest experience, and trying to make participation as frictionless as possible.
