Maker here. I built this because every downloader I tried either wanted my Instagram login, pushed an APK, or ran a fake progress bar into a survey.
It's a Laravel app on shared hosting. The interesting part was reading real video dimensions out of the MP4 header instead of trusting the labels, since Facebook calls things HD that are 480p.
