FeeBook
Free tuition fee & homework manager for independent tutors
FeeBook is a mobile-first micro-SaaS built on Vanilla JS and Supabase. Designed for the unorganized coaching sector, it solves a massive operational friction point: tracking partial cash/UPI payments without triggering awkward, automated spam reminders to parents. It couples financial ledgers directly with monthly attendance tracking and structured 1-click homework broadcasting via native WhatsApp deep-links. Open-source and 100% free for solo educators.
Hey Product Hunt community! 👋 I'm an 11th-grade indie developer from India. I noticed local neighborhood tuition teachers around me drowning in chaotic paperwork, tracking partial cash fragments, and manually managing daily homework updates in noisy WhatsApp groups. Existing ERP tools are built for massive schools, expensive, and feel rigid to local parents. So, I spent my summer break coding FeeBook to fix this. It is built entirely using clean HTML5, Tailwind CSS, Vanilla JS, and a Supabase backend with Row-Level Security policies. By bypassing heavy server architectures and relying on browser-native WhatsApp deep-linking, hosting overhead is zero, allowing me to keep this 100% free and open-source for independent solo educators worldwide. I would absolutely love your brutal product feedback, code critique, and feature suggestions to improve the ledger engine. Thank you for supporting a young maker!
