Hey Product Hunt, maker here.
I built FastFlow because every fasting app I tried was just a countdown timer. Nothing that actually understood my data or told me something useful.
The two things I am most proud of: the AI coaching layer uses your real fasting history before every response so the advice actually adapts over time, and the iOS home and lock screen widgets were genuinely hard to build since they run in Swift not Dart inside a Flutter app.
