Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I'm Frank, solo founder of Fantavio. I built this because every "personalized" children's book I found only featured one child, required a photo upload, and was a standalone story with no continuation.
Fantavio is different in three ways:
✦ Your whole family (up to 4–6 characters) are the heroes — kids, parents, grandparents, the dog
✦ No photo needed — just describe each person's looks and personality
✦ Story Memory — every new book continues where the last left off, building an ongoing family adventure series
The hardest technical challenge: multi-character consistency. Getting an image AI to render 4–6 individually described characters consistently across all pages took months of iteration.
Built solo with Next.js, Supabase, Claude AI, and fal.ai — full e-commerce stack, automatic invoicing, and admin panel included.
