Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I'm Michael, founder of FanForged. The idea started from a frustration I know a lot of fans share: you love a show, a game, a team — and the official merch is either sold out, overpriced, or just... boring. Meanwhile, there are thousands of incredibly talented fan artists making amazing stuff, with nowhere purpose-built to sell it. Etsy wasn't built for fan culture. Redbubble locks you into print-on-demand. Neither gives fan creators the tools, the audience, or the respect they deserve. So we built FanForged — a marketplace where fan creators can open a real storefront and sell anime-inspired art, gaming collectibles, sports fan gear, pop culture apparel, and more to buyers who actually care about the fandom. We just launched on the App Store this week after a pretty wild review process (Apple rejected us twice — once because a Spider-Man listing in our reviewer test account triggered a copycat flag 😅). We got there in the end. A few things I'd love feedback on: Discovery — how do we help buyers find merch for niche fandoms they can't find anywhere else? Trust — what makes you feel confident buying from an independent fan creator you've never heard of? Sellers — if you're a fan artist, what's the one thing that would make you switch from Etsy?
