Fanfic Reader — iOS iPadOS Mobile App

Universal reader for fanfiction & e-books.

Most readers force you into one format. Fanfic Reader is a native iOS/iPadOS library that opens EPUB, FB2, PDF, MOBI, DJVU, CHM, comics, Office docs, Sketch/Figma, and archives — without converting. What stands out: built-in AO3 Discovery (search, queue, EPUB import), full-text search, TTS with background playback, Wi‑Fi Transfer, iCloud sync, Share Extension, and a Continue Reading widget. Privacy-first: no ads, no accounts.

Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I'm Daniil, maker of Fanfic Reader.

I built it because I was tired of juggling apps just to read — fanfic, books, comics, PDFs, archives — and converting files every time. I wanted one modern library on iPhone and iPad.

What it does today:

  • Local library for many formats (EPUB, PDF, comics, archives, and more)

  • AO3 Discovery + EPUB import

  • Full-text search, TTS, Wi‑Fi Transfer

  • iCloud sync + Continue Reading widget

This is a native iOS/iPadOS app. I'd love honest feedback from readers and makers.

Quick question: if you read fanfic or keep a big offline library — what's the one feature you wish your current reader had?

I'll be here all day answering comments.
