I'm a solo developer and I built FamLedger because I couldn't find an expense tracker that was:
✅ simple to use
✅ good for shared household finances
✅ respectful of privacy
Most apps I tried were either too complicated, required creating accounts, or made me uncomfortable about where my financial data was going.
So I decided to build my own solution.
