I built Faheemly because many businesses in the Arab world still struggle to automate customer support without losing context, accuracy, or the way people actually speak.
Faheemly is built Arabic-first. It can understand regional dialects, answer using approved business knowledge, capture and qualify leads, and hand conversations over to human team members when needed.
We focused on making setup simple: add your business knowledge, connect the channels you need, and start handling repetitive customer questions without building complex scripted chatbot flows.
We’re launching with website chat and plan-based messaging channels, plus features such as reporting, CRM, API access, and human handoff on eligible plans.
