Facility Compliance Monitor
Alerts when any US facility falls out of EPA compliance
Checking EPA ECHO manually is tedious — and missing an SNC designation or enforcement action can be costly. Facility Compliance Monitor is a Telegram bot that watches 800,000+ US facilities regulated under the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and RCRA, and alerts you the moment something changes. What makes it different: — SNC + enforcement + CAA/CWA/RCRA alerts in one bot — Daily EPA ECHO polling — no manual checks ever — No duplicate alerts — 90-day deduplication per event — Free to start
Hey Product Hunt!
I built Facility Compliance Monitor because environmental compliance data is technically public — but staying on top of it is anything but easy. The EPA's ECHO database covers 800,000+ regulated facilities across the US, yet there's no simple way to get notified when a facility you care about enters Significant Non-Compliance (SNC) or receives a formal enforcement action.
The bot fixes that. Add a facility by its 12-digit EPA Registry ID, and you'll get a Telegram alert the next time it hits an SNC status change, enforcement action, or Clean Air/Water Act violation. Setup takes about 60 seconds.
Who's finding this useful:
ESG analysts monitoring portfolio-company facilities
Environmental attorneys wanting early warning before enforcement escalates
Corporate sustainability teams keeping tabs on their own sites
Real estate investors doing industrial due diligence
Activist orgs tracking repeat polluters
Free plan covers 3 facilities — no credit card needed. Would love to hear which facilities or industries you'd want to monitor first!
