As a developer, I spent 10+ hours a day staring at my monitor. I started getting frequent headaches and "dry eyes." My doctor told me about the 20-20-20 rule, but I couldn't find a simple, non-intrusive timer that didn't require a bulky app installation or have annoying ads.
I built EyeZen to be a minimalist "Zen mode" for my browser. It’s helped me stay productive without the eye fatigue, and I wanted to share it with everyone for free.
