I built Exploraio because I wanted something better — for candidates and for the people evaluating them.
Here's how it works: a candidate builds a rich profile — experience projects, skills, STAR stories, work style, testimonials — and gets a shareable link. A recruiter or hiring manager opens that link and an actual AI conversation with the profile. "Has she led distributed teams?" "What's his track record with enterprise migrations?" "Would
this person fit a director-level role?" — streamed, first-person answers, grounded in real structured data. No hallucinations, no embellishment.
For talent agencies it goes further — generate a role-targeted link for each opportunity. The AI knows the context of the specific role and company before the conversation even starts.
A PDF resume tells you what someone did. Exploraio lets you ask what they're actually like.
