Everly
AI wedding planner, from vendor emails to RSVPs
Brief Everly once and it emails matched vendors for you — personalised inquiries, sent, tracked and chased, with quotes landing side by side in one inbox instead of buried across six threads. Then it carries the rest of the planning: contracts, guest list, RSVPs and your wedding website. The catalogue is 6,942 live vendors across 50 countries, every one with real photos and a working contact route. It also runs an MCP server, so you can plan from inside Claude or ChatGPT — 22 tools, no API keys.
[REPLACE THIS LINE with why you built Everly — the real version. What planning your own wedding, or watching someone plan theirs, actually looked like.]
Everly starts with the part nobody warns you about: the email. You brief it once — date, budget, headcount, taste — and it goes out to matched vendors on your behalf. Personalised inquiries, sent and tracked and chased, with the replies landing in one inbox where you can put quotes next to each other instead of hunting through six threads.
Then it keeps going, because booking the vendors is only the first half. Contracts and signatures, the guest list, RSVPs, and a wedding website on your own subdomain all live in the same place, sharing the same data — so your headcount, your timeline and your budget aren't three spreadsheets that disagree with each other.
The catalogue is 6,942 live vendors across 50 countries — venues, photographers, florists, catering, music, the rest. Every one has real photos and a working contact route, because a listing you can't reach isn't a listing.
The part I'd most like feedback on: Everly runs an MCP server, so you can connect it to Claude or ChatGPT and plan from inside the chat you're already in. 22 tools — search the vendor book, read your plan, draft the next inquiry, manage the guest list — no API keys to juggle. It's at https://mcp.everly.so/mcp. I'm genuinely unsure whether people want planning inside their assistant or in a dedicated app, and that's the thing I'd love this audience to argue about.
Free tier covers 3 vendor inquiries a month; Pro is $29/mo for 20 plus the MCP server, Luxe is $99. Vendors pay nothing and we take no commission on bookings — they keep their own client relationships.
