EventStrata
Customer and supplier workflows, organised in one place
EventStrata gives event agencies and exhibition teams one structured workspace for clients, suppliers, tasks, files, approvals and deadlines — instead of managing everything through email.
Hi Product Hunt 👋
I built EventStrata after a real customer asked for a better way to manage exhibition and event delivery without everything being scattered across emails, spreadsheets, file attachments and message threads.
The first use case is exhibitions: exhibitors, stand builders, suppliers, documents, project updates and approvals all coordinated in one place.
But underneath that, EventStrata is really a workflow-template platform for businesses that sit between customers and suppliers.
The pattern is simple:
• a customer needs something done
• internal teams need to coordinate it
• suppliers need to deliver parts of it
• files, tasks, updates and approvals need to stay organised
• the customer needs visibility without being buried in admin
That is what EventStrata is designed to manage.
I’d really welcome feedback from anyone running projects where customers, suppliers and internal teams all need to work together — especially if your current “system” involves inbox archaeology and spreadsheet archaeology.
