I'm Mitch, founder of EventPic Live.
I spent years photographing events and kept seeing the same problem over and over...
The event was amazing. The photos were amazing. But guests usually never saw them.
Photos would sit in galleries for days or weeks. Attendees had to dig through hundreds or thousands of images hoping to find themselves. By the time they finally saw the photos, the excitement of the event was already gone.
I thought: why can't event photos work like everything else does today... instantly?
So we built EventPic Live 🚀
Guests scan a QR code once. Our AI recognizes them in photos. The moment they appear in an image, it is automatically sent to them by text or email within seconds.
No app downloads.
No searching galleries.
No waiting.
We started by helping photographers deliver faster, but quickly realized this changes the entire event experience. Conferences, brands, weddings, sports, and corporate events can now turn photography into a live engagement tool instead of something people see after the event is over.
