Understand Every Chess Move
eval+ brings plain-language chess explanations directly to your analysis board. Instead of only showing engine evaluations, eval+ explains "why" a move is good, bad, brilliant, inaccurate, or a blunder. Get easy-to-understand insights about tactics, strategy, piece activity, king safety, threats, and positional ideas behind every move.
As a chess player, I often found engine evaluations useful but hard to understand. Stockfish can tell you a move is +1.8 or a mistake, but it doesn't explain why in simple language. I built Eval+ to bridge that gap by turning engine analysis into human-readable explanations, helping players learn the ideas behind moves instead of just memorizing evaluations.
A quick note: the AI explanations aren't perfect yet. In some positions, it may occasionally misinterpret the board or analysis. I'm actively working on improving accuracy and building a deeper chess understanding system to make explanations more reliable over time.
