Ergofect.
Automate Smarter. Grow Faster.
Build custom AI systems that handle your repetitive work, so you can focus on growth, not grunt work.
I built Ergofect after years of seeing the same pattern across different companies, industries, and teams.
People were spending too much time doing work that should have been simpler.
Copying information between systems. Repeating the same admin tasks. Searching for answers across scattered tools. Chasing approvals. Building reports manually. Testing AI tools without a clear idea of how they could become part of everyday work.
At the same time, AI was moving incredibly fast. Businesses could see the opportunity, but there was still a large gap between experimenting with AI and actually using it to improve how a company operates.
That gap is what inspired me to create Ergofect.
My background is in UX, product design, enterprise systems, and AI. For most of my career, I have focused on one core question:
How can we make complicated work simpler for the people doing it?
With Ergofect, I began applying that same thinking to AI and automation.
I did not want to build a company that simply sold chatbots or automated random tasks. I wanted to look at how work actually happens inside a business.
Where does time disappear?
Where do people repeat themselves?
Where are decisions delayed?
Where does information get lost?
Which tasks genuinely need a person, and which ones could be handled by AI?
The process changed the more I worked on Ergofect.
At first, I thought mainly about automation. Then I realised automation was only one part of the problem.
Sometimes the answer is an AI agent. Sometimes it is a workflow. Sometimes it is a custom application, an integration, a better interface, or a complete redesign of the process itself.
So Ergofect evolved from an automation idea into a broader way of helping businesses rethink how work gets done with AI.
The goal is simple.
Reduce repetitive work.
Connect fragmented processes.
Help people make better decisions.
Create systems people actually want to use.
And turn AI from something companies experiment with into something that produces real business value.
That is why I built Ergofect.

Ergofect. was hunted by Akis Apostoliadis. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
