I built Equipment Tracker Pro directly from the field as an active HVAC technician. I grew tired of cloud-dependent apps failing inside concrete basements and deep mechanical vaults, and got fed up with typing out complex technical specs by hand.
This platform is completely offline-first, executing against a local SQLite cache that syncs when you get service back. I embedded the Gemini AI API to instantly pull 40+ fields from faded data plates, run automated mechanical diagnostics, and digitize invoices right on site. It also handles full EPA Section 608 leak rate math and prints native vector QR codes out to any thermal label printer.
