Equal Pay Auditor
Same work, different pay, found in the browser in a minute.
Paste the payroll extract: job titles and pay figures. The screen groups exact title matches, flags the categories paid differently, ranks them by exposure, produces the Article 9(1) figures with their basis lines, and maps every remediation step to its directive article. Free; the paste is read in the browser.
I publish compliance reading tools at The Art of Service. This one came out of the pay review week, where someone is about to read the category figures out loud, and no paste-based screen exists that names what it read and stops where the law says the employer's own judgment begins. You paste the extract; the categories come back flagged to size, on the figures the directive's report items name, every step mapped to its article; a small-category warning sits close to individuals and none of it guarantees compliance. Free to run, no sign-up; the review file is USD 199 a year. Where does the screen stop too late for you?
