When applying for jobs, we rarely use the recommendations we've earned. Endorsa gives you an efficient way to: collect them from anywhere, tag and curate them, then share a clean profile link or export a branded PDF alongside your resume. It doesn't pretend to verify anything, it just discloses honest sourcing signals, like a recognized platform link, a company email, or direct submission, so the reader can judge for themselves.
I built Endorsa because I kept collecting genuinely great feedback from managers, clients and colleagues throughout my career in emails, Slack DMs, LinkedIn messages, and none of it lived anywhere I could actually use it. It just sat scattered across inboxes, forgotten by the time I needed it for a job application.
My first instinct was to build something that "verifies" recommendations - badges, tiers, the works. But the more I thought about it, the less honest that felt. Nobody can actually verify a recommendation is genuine, and pretending otherwise just adds fake credibility. So I scrapped that and rebuilt Endorsa around disclosure instead of verification: it shows where a recommendation came from (a public LinkedIn/G2 link, a company email address, or a no-login submission straight from the reviewer) and lets the reader decide how much weight to give it.
You can paste in recommendations you already have, or send a two-minute no-login link so a manager or client can submit one directly. Then tag, curate, and either share a public page or export a branded PDF to go alongside your resume.
