I’m Rudra, Co-founder of ENAIH, Co-founded with Warren.
Generative AI models are evolving at an unbelievable pace, but they still have a major structural flaw: they hallucinate. Companies are spending millions to paper over these gaps, but as developers, we realized there wasn’t a centralized, permanent, and open-source place to actually study these edge cases.
That’s why we built the Encyclopedia of AI Hallucinations (ENAIH).
It’s a community-maintained database tracking real, reproducible AI hallucinations and jailbreaks. Every single submission is tested, verified, and assigned a permanent, citable ID (like A000047, where Claude 4.5 firmly believes a coin will stick to the underside of a flipped table due to gravity!).
Whether you are an AI safety researcher, an LLM red-teamer, or just someone who loves seeing AI do completely unhinged things, ENAIH is built for you.
