I'm Abhishek — an Engineering Manager of 4+ years, and the person who built Emtricks.
What inspired this?
Honestly, frustration. I was managing my team across 4 spreadsheets, a Notion doc for impact cases, and a calendar I kept forgetting to update. Every Friday I'd spend hours just assembling a picture of my own team — and still feel like I was missing something.
I looked for a tool built specifically for EMs. Everything I found was either built for HR, for CTOs, or was a generic project management tool with an "engineering" skin on it.
So I built Emtricks on weekends.
What it does:

How it evolved:
