I'm the founder of EmploraHQ. I wanted to share a little about why we built it and what we're trying to solve.
Managing employees shouldn't be complicated. Yet many small and growing businesses still depend on spreadsheets, multiple disconnected tools, manual payroll calculations and expensive biometric attendance machines to manage their day-to-day HR activities.
We felt there was a need for a platform that brings everything together without making HR software another expensive investment. That's why we started building EmploraHQ.
What can you do with EmploraHQ?
We've brought several essential HR functions into one platform.
1. Employee Management
Manage employee profiles, maintain records and handle employee lifecycle activities from a centralized dashboard. Each business gets its own dedicated workspace and subdomain.
2. Automated Payroll
Process payroll with salary components, allowances, deductions and loss-of-pay adjustments. It also supports EPF, ESI, Professional Tax and Income Tax TDS calculations, multi-currency salary calculations and automated payslip generation.
3. Smart Attendance
This is one of the areas we wanted to approach differently. Businesses can track attendance using GPS, location-based geofencing, dynamic QR codes and webcam-based photo verification.
There is no need to purchase fingerprint scanners, biometric machines or dedicated attendance hardware. Employees can use supported devices they already have.
4. Leave Management
Configure leave policies, accruals and carry-forward rules. Employees can submit requests, managers can approve them, and approved leaves can be synchronized with payroll.
5. Employee Self-Service
Employees can access their attendance records, apply for leave, download payslips, submit tax declarations and access important HR documents without having to contact HR for everything.
6. Digital HR Documents
Generate offer letters, appraisal letters, salary revision letters, relieving letters and other employment documents. Businesses can use their own letterheads and QR-based document verification.
7. Security and Company Management
Each business gets a dedicated workspace with isolated company data, role-based access and encrypted data handling.
