Emotion Wheel
Name what you feel. Understand why it matters.
Most emotion wheels online are just static images. Ours is different. Emotion Wheel is an interactive tool that helps you slow down, name what you're feeling, and actually understand it - not just label it. Click any emotion to explore: what it is, how it shows up in your body, what it might be signaling, and simple practices to help you regulate - including breathwork, grounding, and even aromatherapy. Built to navigating stress, change, or just trying to know themselves better.
We built Emotion Wheel because we kept running into the same problem - searching for "feelings wheel" online and finding... a jpeg. Useful for about 10 seconds.
We wanted something you could actually use in a hard moment. So we made the wheel interactive: spin it, click an emotion, and get a real explanation: what it feels like in your body, what it might be trying to tell you, and gentle ways to support yourself right now.
It's completely free to use. No sign-up, no friction, just a quiet moment with yourself.
We'd love your honest feedback. What would make this more useful for you? Any emotions or features you’d like to see?
