We built Elevate because small businesses were being underserved by traditional EDI platforms. Most options were expensive, hard to navigate, and came with slow, impersonal and in some cases paid support. We wanted to create a modern, fully managed EDI platform backed by real experts who solve real client problems. During launch, our focus evolved from building software to building a support-first experience that makes EDI easier from onboarding to ongoing growth for those who have no EDI knowledge on the team yet need to trade with their trading partners (retailers, distributors, 3PLs etc.).
