Egxyz
Projects, invoices, pipeline, taxes - connected.
Most tools solve one thing. Egxyz connects all of it - projects, invoices, timesheets, and finances in one place. Two things you won't find elsewhere: a rate calculator that works backwards from your take-home target to tell you what you should charge, and a pipeline tracker that forecasts income so you see a slow month before it hits. Everything talks to each other. Time logs feed projects. Billing phases link to invoices. No copy-pasting between apps.

Honestly, frustration. I was managing projects and clients across four or five different apps, a task tool here, invoicing somewhere else, a spreadsheet for income tracking, another one for taxes. None of it talked to each other. Every time I needed a real picture of where my business stood, I had to manually piece it together. The problem isn't that good tools don't exist. It's that they're all isolated. You get great invoicing with no project context, or great project tracking with no financial visibility. The person doing the work ends up being the glue between all of it. Egxyz started as me building the thing I actually wanted to use. The scope grew as I kept hitting the next gap, pipeline forecasting, rate calculations, tax estimates. Each one was something I needed and couldn't find connected to everything else. The approach shifted a lot during the build. Early on I was trying to go deep on every feature. I eventually cut back and focused on making the connections between tools feel seamless, because that's actually the hard part and the thing that matters most. A decent invoice builder connected to your projects is more valuable than a great invoice builder that lives on its own island. Still early. Lots left to build. But the core of it, everything in one place, all talking to each other, that part works.
