EdgeGlow
iPhone-style AI edge glow for your Mac
EdgeGlow helps you see when your AI coding agent is working without constantly checking the terminal. It adds an iPhone-style iridescent glow around your Mac screen edges while Claude Code is running, then fades out when done. Free, open-source, lightweight, local-only, and built with SwiftUI.

Hi Product Hunt! 👋 I built EdgeGlow because I kept running into the same problem when using Claude Code: I couldn’t tell whether the AI was still working or already waiting for my input. I found myself constantly alt-tabbing back to the terminal, which broke my flow. EdgeGlow solves this with ambient visual feedback. When Claude Code starts working, your Mac screen edges light up with an iPhone-style iridescent glow. When the task finishes, the glow fades out. It works through local HTTP hooks: - /start → show glow - /pulse → keep status alive - /stop → fade out The app is lightweight, local-only, open-source, and built with pure Swift + SwiftUI. Would love your feedback, especially from people running multiple AI coding agents. How do you currently track when your agents are working or waiting?
