I’m Angad, creator of EcoScan AI.
Like a lot of people, I wanted to make more sustainable choices at the grocery store, but reading complex supply chain data and nutrition labels in the middle of an aisle is confusing and time-consuming. I built EcoScan AI using Swift and the OpenFoodFacts API to make checking a product's carbon footprint as fast and effortless as scanning a barcode.

The app is working in Xcode and we are actively preparing our TestFlight beta rollout before submitting to the App Store.
