Ecom Ratings is an independent ecommerce platform comparison tool. Compare 2–4 platforms side by side using editorial ratings, features, ease of use, value, support, pricing, best-for use cases, pros and cons, and separate user TrueScores. Comparisons use data from detailed platform profiles rather than generic feature checklists, making it easier to see which option actually fits your business.
I built Ecom Ratings because comparing ecommerce platforms often means jumping between pricing pages, generic reviews, and feature lists that are difficult to compare directly.
The goal was to put the important decision-making data in one place. Ecom Ratings combines independent editorial ratings with pricing, features, ease of use, value, support, pros and cons, and a separate User TrueScore.
The comparison tool lets you select 2–4 platforms and view the same criteria side by side, while the individual platform profiles go deeper into pricing mechanics, fees, limitations, payments, and real business use cases.
I’m still expanding the database and would especially appreciate feedback on what information you want to see when comparing ecommerce platforms.
