EchoPilot
Record any meeting. Get the minutes. No bot joins.
EchoPilot records meetings on the phone or computer you already own and writes the minutes. Use the phone app in the room, or the Mac and Windows app for any call your computer can hear. You get a full transcript, key points tied to the moment they were said, answers that cite the moment, and action cards for Todoist, Notion, Slack and more. Nothing is created until you approve the card. No bot joins the call. Free plan included; Pro is $11.99 per month.
Hi PH, I'm Aamir, a developer based in the UAE and the maker of EchoPilot.
Meetings don't happen in one place. Some are across a table, some are on a video call, some are a quick chat on a site visit. Bot notetakers only cover the calls you send them to, and recorder gadgets are one more thing to buy and charge. So I built EchoPilot to record on the phone or computer you already have.
How it works:
- In the room: hit record on your iPhone or Android phone.
- On a call: the Mac and Windows app records your mic together with the call audio.
- After: you get minutes (summary, key points, action items), a searchable transcript, and Ask, which answers questions and links to the exact moment it came from.
- Follow-ups become cards for Todoist, Notion, Slack, Google, Microsoft and more. Nothing is sent until you approve the card.
It also handles meetings that mix English with Arabic, Urdu or Hindi, which is completely normal where I live.
Since there's no bot, you're the one who tells the room you're recording, same as with any recorder.
There's a free plan to try it. For today, code PRODUCTHUNT gets you 3 months of Pro.
I'd love your honest feedback on one thing: what would make you trust it in a real client meeting?

Who hunted EchoPilot?
EchoPilot was hunted by Amir Rehman. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
