Echo Pulse Remind
Custom Android notifications, flashing alerts, and patterns
Echo Pulse Remind is a lightweight Android utility designed to bring back granular notification control. Built natively in Kotlin with Jetpack Compose, it leverages notification listeners to provide custom screen-flashing cues, persistent reminders, and tailored vibration patterns for users whose devices lack physical notification LEDs.
I built Echo Pulse Remind out of pure frustration with modern smartphones dropping physical notification LEDs. Every time I missed an important message simply because my screen stayed dark, I knew I needed a lightweight, reliable fix.
Built natively in Kotlin with Jetpack Compose, it uses notification listeners to handle custom flashing alerts and tailored vibration patterns without bloating your system resources or draining your battery. I wanted a clean, focused tool that just works.
I’d love to hear what you all think, especially if you've also missed the old LED notification lights! Let me know if you have any feedback or feature ideas.
