Hi Product Hunt 👋
This started this summer, when a friend asked me to write her a few workouts. By number five I was copy-pasting from my notes and she was screenshotting my messages. Not sustainable.
Around the same time a friend who's a personal trainer told me what he actually needs with his clients: send a workout for a specific day, see if it was really done, see what they eat, all in one place. That became the Coach part.
The watch part came from my own frustration. I train at home with a fenix 8, and getting an AMRAP onto the watch from another app was always a "did it sync?" game. Now today's plan is simply on the watch, LAP moves to the next exercise, and Garmin Connect gets a proper activity with a lap per exercise.
A few things I cared about:
- workouts built from the equipment you actually have
- your data encrypted in the browser, the server can't read it
- no app store, it's a web app on any device, synced
- free, no ads, export everything to CSV
If you coach people for a living, I'd really like to hear what's missing.
