I built EasySeatingChart for the moment when a guest list turns into a spreadsheet problem. Existing seating tools often make you create an account before you can try anything, so I wanted a fast, private starting point that works directly in the browser.
You can paste a guest list, add tables, drag people into seats, and set keep-apart rules for guests who should not be seated together. It is free and requires no signup.
