EaseClaw does that watching for you. You paste your site, and an agent reads 12 sources around the clock for people describing the exact problem you solve, scores each one by buying intent, and hands you a reply already drafted in your voice. You read it, tweak it, and send. It never posts for you, so your reputation stays yours.
There is also an MCP server, a REST API, and a CLI so your own agent can pull scored leads and draft replies while you keep control of sending.
