Hi Product Hunt! I built Dypnosis because most hypnosis products work like audio libraries: everyone gets essentially the same recording.
Dypnosis starts with the opposite assumption — the session should adapt to the person.
You choose what you're working on (sleep, stress, smoking or vaping, eating habits, drinking, confidence, letting go of someone, a looping mind), answer a short set of questions, pick a voice, and Dypnosis creates a personalized session from those answers. AI helps write the script and voice it, and you can replay the session as often as you like. It runs in the browser, no app to install.
One thing I've learned while building it is that the hardest part isn't generating audio. It's deciding what should actually change based on the user's answers while keeping the session coherent, safe and useful.
We're starting with 2 sessions free, with no card required, because I want people to experience the difference between generic audio and something written around their own situation before deciding whether it's worth paying for. After that, Pro is $15.99/month, $69 for 6 months or €99/year.
To be clear about what it isn't: Dypnosis is a self-guided wellness tool, not therapy or medical treatment.
